Katherine has long, blonde hair that she rarely puts up (unless its super hot outside or she's at work). She's pretty tall to be a girl, standing at 5'9'' and weighing around 150lbs. She's thin and toned from keeping fit on the beach as a lifeguard. When it comes to her personality, she's kind and considerate, but has a sarcastic side to her when she wants. She likes to joke and prank people, and is always laughing. Katherine tries to make any situation she's in light, which sometimes leads to very inappropriate jokes at times. She's easily amused and distracted by the smallest things, and seems to be fearless on the outside. 

Katherine Marissa James was born April 11th to Samuel and Maria James in Diamond Sands, Florida. Living in a beach town, Katherine was always around the water, and grew up swimming and surfing as much as she could. In her middle and high school years she tried her hand at surfing in tournaments, but an incident in her junior year of high school put a halt to her surfing career. Though the waves in the Atlantic weren't as big as the ones she had seen on the Pacific Coast, hurricanes always brought in large swells, which made for perfect waves. While practicing for an upcoming tournament, Katherine took advantage of the swells a nearby tropical storm was pushing toward the coast. She lost her balance on her board and ended up crashing into the rocks that separated the marina and docks from the open waters. After two surgeries that included putting pins in her kneecaps, Katherine decided that it was time to put her surfing days behind her, and focused more on lifesaving, being certified to be a lifeguard a year after she graduated high school. Since college was never something Katherine thought of, she stayed in Diamond Sands, getting a nice studio apartment not far from the beach, so getting to work was simple. Though Katherine lives a pretty dull life during the daytime, she can be found in bars and nightclubs, either dancing her heart out or finding a suitable guy to hang out with for the night.
